And in reality, this is almost the case since the period of time from when they are harvested until they reach the greengrocer or the supermarket’s fresh shelf is always the minimum.
To do this, every day, our farm workers go through different sections of the greenhouses to pick the perfect ripe tomatoes. From the harvest they go directly to the controlled temperature zone of our packaging room, where they are elaborated and packaged with delicacy and in a personalized way. And….shipped promptly the same day.
